As the love of the Holidays are in the air, it is the ideal time of the year to reflect on the non-tangibles of the season.  Children naturally embrace the magical sensation of the Season, as they observe their day to day environment transform to a decorative wonderland.  Imaginations soar and creativity blossoms with each unique and marvelous snowflake falling out of the sky.  It is an opportunistic time to encourage creative and imaginative play, as vital components to healthy child development.

     Research indicates that imaginary and creative games contribute to the many healthy skills, such as:

• Self-regulation
• Cognitive flexibility
• Social skills
• Common courtesy
• Creative problem-solving
• Critical thinking

GlowHouse Kids “Just In Case” Child Safety Course

Taught by Senei Jennifer in a non-threatening environment, children learn age-appropriate knowledge regarding stranger safety. Includes strategies to stay safe including escaping from a bad stranger.  One hour session, half hour instruction & half hour Glow Free Play. The third Tuesday of the month.
Ages 5-8, 6:00-7:00pm.  Per Course: $20 per child, $15 for siblings.  Pre-registration required.  As seen on page 14 of Garden State Safe Kids.

Scout troops are welcome to plan a private troops session.

Thank you for celebrating at our initial location, which will forever remain dear to our hearts, where an idea came to glowing life. Thank you for countless glowing memories. We have to admit there have been some tears on our side, as we reminisce about our privilege to serve & share countless joys & intimate moments with so many beautiful children & families throughout our five years. It has truly been our pleasure. We are thrilled to be able to relocate & plan expanded services!
